ERPExamprep.net is an independent ERP certification preparation platform operated by AA Vision IT, a company registered in India. We provide scenario-based and system-based training content designed to help candidates prepare for ERP certification examinations.

By accessing or using this website, enrolling in any of our programmes, or communicating with us via any channel (including WhatsApp, email, or phone), you agree to the terms set out on this page. Please read them carefully.

Certification examinations must be booked and sat independently through the official examination provider. We provide guidance on that process but are not responsible for any aspect of the examination booking, administration, or outcome.

By using this website, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Use of this website is subject to the following conditions:

Permitted use

04 — Payment Terms Payment Terms & Pay-After-Placement Model

Our pay-after-placement model means the majority of your programme fee is payable only after you receive a confirmed, written job offer in an ERP consulting role. A separate, minimal software access fee is payable at the time of enrolment to cover the cost of live ERP system access provided during training.

How the model works

Upon enrolment, you will pay only the software access fee, which is communicated clearly at the time of registration. The remaining programme fee becomes payable within 14 days of you receiving a confirmed written job offer in an ERP-related role. The definition of a qualifying job offer, the applicable programme fee, and any conditions are set out in your individual enrolment agreement.

No guarantee of employment

Our pay-after-placement model reflects our confidence in the quality of our training and our commitment to your success. However, it does not constitute a guarantee of employment. Employment outcomes depend on a range of factors beyond our control, including market conditions, candidate performance in interviews, and individual circumstances. We do not guarantee that any candidate will receive a job offer.

Refunds

The software access fee is non-refundable once a candidate has been granted access to the live ERP training environment. If access has not yet been granted, a full refund may be requested within 48 hours of payment. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the contact email listed at the bottom of this page.

Payment disputes

Any disputes regarding the application of the placement fee — including whether a particular job offer qualifies under the terms of the enrolment agreement — shall be resolved first through direct discussion with the AA Vision IT team and, if necessary, under the governing law provisions set out in Section 08 of this document.

AA Vision IT, operating ERPExamprep.net, is committed to protecting your personal data. This section explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding it.

Data we collect

• Contact information: Name, email address, phone number, and city/location — collected when you submit a form, book a demo, or communicate with us.
• Professional background: Your current role, educational background, and target ERP module — collected during the enrolment or counselling process to personalise our guidance.
• Usage data: Standard website analytics data including pages visited, session duration, and referral source, collected via Google Analytics 4 (GA4). This data is anonymised and aggregated.
• Communication data: Records of communications with us via email, WhatsApp, or telephone, where relevant to your enrolment or support.

How we use your data

• To respond to your enquiries and provide the services you have requested.
• To send you programme information, batch announcements, and updates via email or WhatsApp — you may opt out at any time.
• To personalise our training guidance based on your background and goals.
• To improve our website and marketing content using aggregated, anonymised analytics data.
• To comply with any legal or regulatory obligations.

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data to any third party. We may share data with trusted service providers (such as email marketing platforms and analytics tools) solely for the purpose of operating our business and delivering our services to you. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the training content for your own personal exam preparation purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any training content in any form
• Create derivative works based on our content
• Share, sell, or sublicense access to our content or systems to any third party
• Reproduce our mock examination questions or scenario content on any public or private platform

Any unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in immediate termination of access without refund, and may be subject to legal action.

07 — Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AA Vision IT and ERPExamprep.net shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of, or inability to use, this website or its content
• Any errors or inaccuracies in training content
• Any outcome of a certification examination, including a failure to pass
• Any employment outcome, including failure to receive a job offer
• Any interruption or cessation of service

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these terms or the use of our services shall not exceed the total fees actually paid by you to AA Vision IT in the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

08 — Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or your use of ERPExamprep.net shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India, unless mutually agreed otherwise in writing.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the other party in writing and allowing a period of 30 days for resolution.
