Pay After You Land the Job: How Our Training Model Works
We only collect the bulk of our fee after you receive a confirmed job offer. Here is exactly how the model works, what the minimal upfront fee covers, and what counts as a qualifying offer.
Why we built this model
Most training providers take full payment upfront regardless of outcome. We thought that was the wrong incentive structure — if we only win when you win, we are a lot more motivated to make sure you actually land the job.
How it works in practice
When you enrol, you pay a minimal software access fee. This covers the cost of your live SAP system access for the duration of the programme — it is a real operating cost we cannot absorb. The rest of the programme fee is due only after you receive a confirmed, written job offer in an ERP consulting role.
What counts as a qualifying offer
A qualifying offer is a written employment or contract offer from a company for a role that requires ERP skills — SAP consultant, functional analyst, implementation associate, or equivalent. We review the offer with you and there is no ambiguity about whether it qualifies.
What if I do not get placed?
You do not pay the programme fee. The software access fee is non-refundable once access has been granted, but no further amount is due. We continue to support your job search and work with you on what to improve.
